Der Hafen liegt direkt beim Zentrum der Altstadt von La Maddalena. Gleich hinter den Liegeplätzen verläuft die Hauptstrasse zum Fährterminal. Dies hat Charme, so zentral anzulegen, ist natürlich aber auch mit Lärm verbunden.
